Dr. Howard Tang
CFO & Director of IoT Department, Smart Animal Husbandry Care Pte Ltd

Howard graduated from NTU with a Ph.D. degree in IC Design under the Nanyang President Graduate Scholarship. He is a three times serial entrepreneur and currently the co-founder of Smart Animal Husbandry Care Pte. Ltd (SmartAHC). SmartAHC is an Agri-tech company focuses on optimizing the productivity of livestock ecosystem using Internet-of-Thing, Artificial Intelligent and Computer Vision technology. SmartAHC currently has a total staff strength of 30, with offices at Singapore, Shanghai and Chengdu. Its customer portfolio including corporatized farm, insurance company and government regulators.

Mr Raymond Choong
Partner, FocusTech Ventures

Raymond Choong is a technology investor, a digital transformation expert and advisor to technology startups, with over 26 years of experience in investment, finance, operational, Supply Chain, eCommerce and internet-based fields. He has been working with Ooredoo Group (OG), a leading Middle Eastern telecom group, and also with Singapore Technologies Telemedia (STT), a Temasek-linked company, for the last 16 years.

Mr Justin Sim
Head of Engineering – SHADO Group

For more than 20 years, Justin owned and built a highly successful precision engineering firm providing strategic and operational solutions for multi-nationals in South East Asia. He has led design planning and project management of a wide variety of endeavors for clients in the Oil & Gas industries through to the Defense industry. His experiences include steel, aluminium, ceramic and many other state-of-the-art fabrication including carbon fiber and 3-D printing. With a strong interest in Green technology, he conceptualized and designed a flue gas CO2 digesting system for Sembcorp Power Generation company using Advance High Yield Farming techniques. He further pioneered a new Thermal Energy Storage System that achieved 30% improvement to overall power consumption. He joined QIQ as a technology founder and chief designer for the rapid charging electric bicycle before handing the product over to Witono. Today, he manages the development of Autonomous Shuttle and advanced logistic delivery robotic solutions for indoor and outdoor use. This includes managing a team of highly dedicated team of innovators and engineers to create multiple verticals and products in the space of green autonomous mobility.
